Role in NEODAAS

Quillie provides administration support for the NEODAAS project, ensuring the service runs smoothly. She is responsible for processing incoming applications, arranging review and supporting communications between applicants and NEODAAS scientists. Quillie meets with the NEODAAS team on a weekly basis to ensure open requests are progressing and acts as a point of contact to ensure the services delivered meet the user’s needs.

Biography

Quillie has a MSc in Marine Environmental Management at the University of Exeter and prior to that she worked on the community and events teams Surfers Against Sewage, a marine conservation charity in Cornwall, for 2 and a half years. She is interested in nature-based solutions and tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of local communities, amongst other aspects of marine research.
